Kelly Chase

Sr. Paralegal

Kelly Chase serves as a Senior Paralegal at Forge Law and is a valued member of the firm’s client support team. She brings more than twenty-five years of experience in legal support and client advocacy, along with a deep understanding of how attentive, hands-on guidance shapes both the client experience and case outcomes.

Born and raised in Everett, Washington, Kelly felt drawn to the legal field from an early age. A high school career assessment confirmed what she already sensed, that her strengths and instincts aligned with the practice of law, and set her on a path that has continued to grow in both scope and impact.

I measure success by how supported a client feels, not just by the outcome.

What distinguishes Kelly’s approach is her genuine care for people. She approaches her work with the belief that behind every case is a person navigating a difficult moment. Known for her positive, supportive presence, she prioritizes listening, understanding, and making sure clients feel heard throughout the process.

In her role, Kelly works closely with clients and attorneys to keep cases moving forward. She focuses on the coordination and communication that support the firm’s client experience. She manages case details, prepares critical documents, and ensures every client feels informed and supported at every stage.

Outside of work, Kelly shares a love of the law with her husband, a Washington attorney, and values time with their two daughters. She is also active in her community through volunteer work in her children’s school and as a visitor and greeter in adult living facilities.
