Rodrick Morgan brings a centered, strategic presence to his work as a Senior Associate Attorney at Forge Law, serving as a trusted advocate for clients navigating emotionally complex legal issues with stability and confidence.
Rodrick grew up in Spokane, Washington, and was inspired to pursue law by his grandmother, a prosecutor who represented the State in child support cases. Her example of public service helped shape both his path into the legal profession and the way he approaches his work today.
My job is not to add fuel to a fire. It is to help you make clear, steady decisions in the middle of a hard moment.
He is especially passionate about reducing conflict and uncertainty for his clients as they move through some of the most personal and difficult moments of their lives.
His approach to advocacy is deliberate and forward-looking. He focuses on deescalating conflict, protecting his clients’ priorities, and pursuing the path that best serves their interests, whether that means a thoughtful resolution or a firm courtroom strategy.
